Local Liquor Blockhouse Bay is owned and operated by the Portage Licensing Trust. ‘The Trusts’ are part of what makes West Auckland unique.

The Trusts operate to create funds for reinvestment within the West Auckland community. Funds raised through The Trusts’ commercial businesses and gaming sites are returned to the community as donations via our Elected Members and The Trusts Community Foundation (TTCF).

Local Liquor Blockhouse Bay was originally opened under the name of Bottleland. It became known as Top Cat Liquor, and then Local Liquor in the early part of this century.
